Capacity Development

We nurture water enterprises through training, coaching & mentorship on the core elements of the water business – covering technical, financial, regulatory compliance and customer services.

Based on the capacity gaps of water enterprises, we provide the following three tiers of capacity development modules. While the modules have a logical sequencing, not every water enterprise will attend each training in a particular order, but rather based on their identified needs.
